About us
Tayla’d Care Services is a small organisation with a fresh intake on providing support to participants throughout their NDIS journey.
We at Tayla’d Care pride ourselves on providing holistic, person centred and quality care to those in the community, and focus on supporting the individual to be involved in all aspects of the way their support and care is structured. Our friendly team of carers are highly trained and qualified professionals.
Our story
Tayla started her journey as a support worker in 2016, helping individual participants to achieve their goals either at home or out in the community. Throughout the years of working closely with individuals, her compassion drove her to really understand what participants want to achieve and how to help them achieve it. She founded Tayla’d Care Services in 2021.
Why Tayla’d Care?
Over the years Tayla provided support to individuals for corporate companies under the NDIS, and she felt that the business came first, not the participant. At Tayla’d Care Services we take pride in genuinely getting to know and understand our participants, making each individual participant experience tailor made to achieve their goals.

Group Activities and Programs

A wide range of group activities and educational programs for kids, teens and adults every week, at our Ripley hub and out in the community.
Respite and Short Term Accommodation
Personalised home away from home support, with 24/7 care from warm and caring professionals in a safe, fun environment that supports familiar routines, including Short Term Accommodation group getaways. We also offer at-home respite, providing support in the familiarity and comfort of the participant's own home, giving families the opportunity to take a break or enjoy time away.

Everyone deserves to live in a clean and safe environment. We help you keep a home that pleases you and meets your needs.

We work hand in hand with our participants and their families to formulate the best outcome for their lives and required support. To provide quality and attainable/achievable support services and goals that our participants can rely on, with focuses on stability and quality care.

Tayla
Director
Support worker, coordinator and director. Tayla has been supporting participants since 2016 and is passionate about helping people live their best lives, in the way they choose. She loves getting to know each person and tailoring support around what matters most to them.
Kathy
Service Manager
Joined the TCS team in 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in forensic pathology. Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for participants and staff, Kathy builds meaningful relationships with families and empowers people to achieve their goals.
